Pep Boys, Advance Auto, Wal Mart, K Mart should have kits that you put the lettering on a colorful license plate. Or you can go to a car show (Custom Car Show or any local car show that will have vendors that can make and sell you one).

Many malls that I have gone to have booths where a guy will airbrush anything you want onto anything you want! there might even be a stand that specializes in license plates!!!

if you can't find one engraved at the swap meet or flea market, they have some at wal mart that you can write whatever you want on it with the letters provided
