When a person having common cold comes in contact with a healthy person, the healthy one gets infected (even because of hand shake, kiss or other physical contacts, not sex, and sharing other things) but when a HIV positive person comes in contact (not sex) with a healthy person then can he be infected if he contacts with the positive person in a way similar to the above condition of common cold. Please specify with reasons (yes or not, and why?).

What are the differences between the conditions of HIV and common cold viruses in the body?

Thanks.

Viruses must enter cells to be infectious. The cold virus can enter epithelial cells (in your throat) because they recognize them and have the "key" to enter. HIV only has the key to white blood cells, it is "locked out" of epithelial cells.

HIV lives within the body. It is spread by direct contact with the infected persons body fluid(blood plasma, semen, feces. For some reason it is not present in saliva in such concentrations as to pose a threat of infection provided that the uninfected person has no broken places in the mouth. So be careful who you french.
The common cold (for which there still is no cure)on the other hand incubates in the linings of the nose and throat. It becomes infectious only after the carrier is over the worst and is busy recovering. Then the virus is mature enough to start a new batch in a new host.HIV cannot live outside the body in open dry air whereas a cold virus can and is easily airborne(sneeze).Colds can be prevented with a very strong immune system, which require the regular(like daily) intake of all 22 amino acids. It is not proven that such a immune system can prevent the infection with HIV, as it is a much more aggressive virus. And who will take such a chance?

HIV can not live outside of the body.....you need to remember that. Other things like the common cold, hepatitis b, and other transmittable diseases can live outside of the body for long periods of time and can easily infect someone hours or days later. HIV can not live in the air!!!!! Shaking someones hand with HIV, or sharing a toilet seat will NOT give you HIV. Mosquitos can NOT give you HIV. Remember it can't live in the air. There was 1 case a long time ago that stated a kiss caused it......that was later disproven with modern test and technology. Sharing IV needles and sex are the only way of transmitting. I've been on an ambulance as a paramedic for 8 years and if touching gave me HIV/AIDS I would be SOL. Hope this helps.

No, a healthy person cannot contract HIV in the same manner a healthy person contracts the common cold...reason being, the HIV virus is a bloodborne virus, and cannot live outside the body, it dies almost immediately, unlike the rhinovirus, (common cold virus) which can live outside the body, and is airborne...it also lives on non-animante objects, like doorknobs, tables, drinking glasses....etc. While it is true that HIV can live in human body fluids, such as salivia, urine, semen, and emesis, the chance of contracting HIV thru kissing is very rare...and you cannot get it from a toliet seat....Most HIV transmission is thru sharing dirty needles that have blood in them, or having unprotected sex with an HIV positive partner....Hope this helped!

Certain viruses are airborne and can be taken in with each breath. The HIV virus is not so good outside the body. It takes far more effort to pass it on to another person. Sweat, tears and even spittle are 'safe' with HIV. Bodily contact as mentioned in the advice on HIV, refers to unprotected sex, including oral if taken to climax, blood contact, either through a wound, a needle prick or transfusion. Sharing needles among drug addicts is one of the worst means of transferring it. So, to put your mind at rest, it is not in fact 'easy' to make 'good' contact with the virus, there are others which within sex are far more deathly and dangerous, Hepatitis C which is lethal and the majority of the more virulent STD's..............Take care.............

Your body holds a finite quantity of semen at any given time. once that's depleted, it takes time for it to furnish extra. The sparkling-ish stuff ability you've "drained the tank." purely take it elementary for an afternoon or 2 you'd be superb. and also you should opt to think about making use of a penis well being creme too. not in common words will this creme preserve your epidermis from uncomplicated masturbation themes like dryness and chafing, notwithstanding that's going to furnish numerous key supplementations down there besides. Your penis will be large-healthful as a effect. wish this data enables.
