How much money would we all have to collectively spend to get cleaner water, food, shelter, air, houses, work space, public transportation and medical bills if everyone just went where they wanted? A lot more! So yes. Toilets save everyone lots of money.

I calculated my monthly water usage bill once and determined the toilets - two of them - amounted to $8 per month. My neighbor doesn't use toilets at all and uses an outhouse in his back yard. There's no cost for water obviously, but he pays $68 every 6 months to have it pumped out. And where I use toilet paper, he uses corn cobs (and gets them free).

it depends, in one way its more sanitary so you don't get sick as easily so not as many doctors bills, but each flush is a lot of money because it uses so much water.

It's probably a lot cheaper not to, but a lot less sanitary. I recomend using one to wash your hair though.
