2002 Malibu SE - its in great condition except for one very small scratch on the back bumper, and it has very high mileage. 180k. It used to be a temp car for a car dealership, and they took very good care of it, just got a lot of road time.
KBB, and autotrader have some pretty varied prices 3.5k - almost 10k.

What would YOU buy it for?
I live in Dallas BTW

With a four year car with 180k, I would buy it for 3.5k.

You should put it in a local paper or pennysaver for the amount you want to sell it for and put in OBO (or best offer).

Though I didn't have any luck on Auto Trader. com with my 2001 Camaro with 21k.

But you can try Auto Trader .com and also put in the local Auto Trader Magazine in your area.

To tell you the truth I would not even consider buying that care unless it was dirt cheap. I bought a 98 malibu with 130,000 miles for $850 from some guy that was moving out of country. But if I was selling that car I would ask about 4,000 for it and sell it for about 3,700. If you have any luck you'll get someone that dosn't know anything about cars and sell it to them for 4,000, I had that luck with the malibu and sold it for 2,500 a month after I bought it.

whoaa thats some high milage for a 4 year old car, i'll bet noone will even want to have a look at it well give it a try for $3k and if no one will want to buy it go down on a price, and if it was a temp car then you dont know who drove it nor how they drove it so dont tell that to the costumer buying your car.

about $4000...that is a lot of mileage for a car...averaging almost 1000 miles a week!

A dealer would pay roughly $3500 for it. As an individual, you should be able to get about $4500.
