Well, you ordered 23 burgers. How do you expect to get a chicken sandwich if you ordered nothing but burgers. The people at Crystal's probably exploded when they tried to fathom a chicken burger, which would explain why they never got to you. There is a fine line between burger and sandwich, do you dare walk the line?

My guess is Jim. I mean, Dwight threw out Jim's ham and cheese sandwich while cleaning out the office fridge, so it only makes sense that Jim will want to get even with Dwight, without having to resort to putting his stapler in Jell-o again.
