My friend's little sister is about 10 years youner than all of us (she's 14 or 15), and we hang out on the weekends. I'm not one for confrontation when she cheats, or asks for us to bend the rules, or gets very huffy and sulky when she loses. What kind of activities could we do that aren't games where you win or lose? I'm prtty sure all board games have a "winner", so that's probably not an option. And we can't play jigsaw puzzles because the big table needs to be cleared off everyday. Any suggestions for things to do when she has to hang out with us (her parents go out of town sometimes, so it's not like we can just not allow her over)?

She's wanting your attention, obviously. Please have some to give her.
Just guessing - does this kid really want to be you one day? Isn't she learning every thing about being a young adult from you?
Be straight with her when she wants to avoid rules. Are rules the real step to independence and adulthood?
Some oldie or a teacher could talk to her, but it's YOU that will have the influence in her life- maybe more than what she'll even learn from her parents.
This is a great chance to bring society up - by being real, and honest, and pushing up one person at a time. If schooling, or your own parents, or religion helped you become able to make decisions to lead a successful life, tell her! Don't make her guess.
This is no crisis or challenge - it is an opportunity. Do your honest best and look back at today ten years from now and have pride that you were a plus in her life.

It's really nice that you want to include her even when she's being obnoxious. Most older siblings and their friends would be trying to find ways of disposing of the body. (That is NOT a suggestion ;-)
Here's some ideas for you all...
You can do Jigsaw puzzles with one of these.

You can also still play board games. Just divide into teams instead of indivual players. That way she has to work as a team player.
If you friend is old enough to cook, you all could make fun recipes to include the little sister.
30 second mysteries
Brain Teasers
Books on tape
Noncompetitive Games for People of All Ages (Paperback) by Susan Butler

Maybe she can invite some friends over so she doesn't feel like the odd person out because she's younger.

I wouldn't actually think a 14/15 year old girl would be all that much into playing board games. Usually it's talking on the phone, listening to music, watching tv/movies, shopping, hanging with girlfriends and talking about boys. And you should treat her like her age - not a small child. If she wants to put and sulk after a game, comment on the childish behavior. Don't play anymore if it's not fun. Teenagers are difficult beings, period. But, she's only 3-4 years away from "legal" adulthood, so it's high time she start learning how to behave more grown up.

Sounds like your friend's responsibility. Perhaps she needs to let her parents know what's going on. Maybe it's their break to get away from the child that THEY have spoiled.
No reason why you all must make any adjustments to suit her. If she doesnt like the rules, or losing, or chooses to throw a fit...
Then she simply doesnt play. Stop catering to her, period. She's old enough to entertain herself. Exclude her. She needs to be teens her own age. They'll set her straight in a hurry!

How old are you? If you are older and still playing board games I feel sorry for you. Tell her to grow up and deal with it. She is too old to act like a brat. Give her a dope slap.

let her have it...don't be a chump, you are doing her no favors..she has lots of lessons to learn in life and she might as well start right now. Otherwise, she is going to be a very lonely person when/if she grows up.

Do drawings or something and see who can draw the best and of course tell her she has the best. Or play video games and lose. something like that.
