My mother-in-law was a military wife. My father-in-law would be away from home for months at a time, and she raised four kids, mainly alone while he was overseas in the 1960's and 1970's.
I know how hard it is for you to have your husband in harm's way all the time, and I want you to know that I appreciate his service to our country, and I appreciate your support of him, without which his service would not be possible.

Yes, my husband is a sgt. serving downrange. we have been married for 5 years. have you went to the website: marriedtothearmy.com. if you get a chance join the message board there, the women there are terrific and give alot of support and help wherever you need it.

we are all around, just gotta look. we are normally the ones raising the kids, cleaning the house, and keeping the home fires burning all while keeping a smile on our face and yellow ribbon pinned to our shirt!!
