how do you make mentos n coke explode?

. i know how to make it squirt. how do i make the bottle blow up. like boom. not squirt

Take the lid of the bottle of Coke (Diet Coke works the best) and drill a hole in it. String half-a-dozen mentos together, leave a few inches of extra string. Empty the first couple inches of Coke out of the bottle. Put the string with the Mentos on it through the hole you drilled in the lid. Screw the lid back on the bottle. Let go of the string. You get the best gyser if you make sure that the hole in the lid is clean. You can also add other holes in the bottle for different effects. Open Diet coke. Put in 1/2 roll of Mentos and stand back.

for the best results, drill a 1/4" hole in the cap of a 2liter of diet coke, then take a toothpick and poke it through 5-6 mentos. THIS HAPPENS FAST SO you have to hold onto the mentos while you screw the cap on and then let them drop in after you have secured the cap! then watch it go!
