If you do not like her hair short, then hell yeah it should bother you.
Furthermore, what kind of relationship do you have with your cousin? If she loved you, she would not cut her hair. She would let it get in her eyes for you. Post pics of her with long and short hair and let me judge her hair for myself.

Well, it depends. Did you guys make some kind of promise to keep it long? Did she do it to make you mad? Are you jealous now because it looks really good?
If you answered yes to any of these questions, then you may have a reason to be bothered. But if you don't know why it is bothering you... then deep down it is probably jealousy! I know none of us like to admit it, but we do get jealous every once in a while. Just think about it...... try to find the source of your anger, then you will be able to deal with it! =)
