Keep her indoors. If you haven't already done so, get her fixed.

Cats fight for different reasons. Mating can get violent, but if your pet has been fixed that shouldn't happen. Sometimes cats can get territorial, and fight over turf. If that happens, they tend to have painful marks.
If you keep your cat inside, it won't get hurt. Otherwise, anything can happen. You might want to get her fixed. That tends to help. If it's still a problem, you might go around the neighborhood, and see who else has cats. Tell them your problem, and they may have some ideas.
Remeber, your cat might not be the only animal that's getting hurt here, so discuss any options that are available, try to exchange numbers, and promise to shoo each other's cats away if you see them. You might even be able to work out some sort of scheduling idea, to keep the cats from being out at the same time, and call each other if things aren't working as planned.
If you're really bossy, you might try getting them to keep their cat inside all the time, or have it fixed, but in general, since you really have no legal say in what they do with their pets in their yard, such a suggestion is likely to make them slam the door in their face, which can only make matters worse.
Your best bet is to try and keep the lines of communcation open, and work out something that you'd both be willing to do, but even then, there may be a lot more than just one cat from one neighbor involved, so solving the problem once and for all is not likely to happen.

Hello My cat is hurt,
What you need to do is go to a vet and have your cat fixed..
It does not hurt them and you will have a more loving cat, and by the way buy a literbox and some little and keep your cat inside..

I dont think there is. You cant keep your cat inside its easier said than done I KNOW. I had a female cat and she recently ran away. There is nothing I can do about it. Cats will do what they want. I think to myself 'If I just kept her inside' But theres just no way. Dont worrie about it. cats know what to do in sticky situations most of the time.

You don't let her out!! She could get run over, or worse still, attacked by wild animals (which is far more likely than the male cat theory). If you truly love her, you will keep her in and she will get used to it.

Try to keep her indoors. If she wants out just take her out on a leash. They do have them for cats. Mine loves it! I've trained him when he was a kitten. He see's the leash and starts getting excited like a dog would. Cat's do need fresh air and I let them chew on some grass.

If she's running away from a male cat you obviously need to get her fixed.

If the cat isn't spayed, spay her immediately; until then if she must go out, put her in a contained area like a garage (unless it's hot). If you can keep her inside, by all means, do so.

Keep her inside. Intercourse between felines is some what rough. Unless there is excess bleeding or wounds you feel concerned about the only thing I'd worry about is kittens in a couple of months.

Get her spayed for one...that will stop most attacks from other cats. Any possibility you could keep her inside at night?

The only thing you CAN do is keep her inside. Outside cats will get into fights, get hurt, eat things they shouldn't etc. They're just MUCH safer kept inside.
