I love eating the greyish part. It may be taste like anything, but it is so good. Plus I love to eat any kind of seafood anyway, except oysters.

If you try to eat the grey part, Good Luck, but I think you'll love it.

It is, depending how the fish is cooked. But it's often better to peel the grey off.
