If there is a god, I doubt seriously if it has gender like we do. It is possible, but somehow I think that the creator of the universe, if there is one, is anything like us.

No. God made man in HIS own image. Then He made the woman from the man. If God had been a female, He would not have had to use another female to birth Jesus Christ into the earthly bloodline of mankind.

God is. Is a woman, a rock, a dog, a tree an alligator etc. God is whatever God chooses and is everything and everywhere.

"God" is above the concept of man or woman.

Going by the bible, technically it's a "HE" because he created "man" (adam) in his image, then brought forth a woman from his body...

But when you think about it, "god" has to be the center balance of everything, and the universe would be really out of wack if it was all one sided...

Susan.... Genesis 1:27 27 So God created man in his own image,
in the image of God he created him; male and female he created them.

You forgot half the verse there sweetie. And of course he is a women. Who else could demand such power and control so many people? Only women have that power.

No, nor is God a man. In the Bible, God has masculine references throughout all the Books. His, Him, He, Father, etc.

God is not a person, but a being, as is the Holy Spirit. God has communicated through wind, fire and voice to Adam, Noah, Abraham, Moses, Saul, etc.

No one has ever seen Him, but He is a being. He sent Jesus down to earth as His Son to speak to us here on earth and to save us from sin.

We will see Him, Jesus, in His kingdom...in His time.

God is neither male nor female--or, put another way, God is both male and female. The bottom line is that God is Love. Praise God and all her creation!
