Stir fry. Cook onion, bell pepper, and broccoli with chicken breast and low sodium soy sauce, eat with 1/2 cup brown rice.

Sautee shrimp-- totally easy
make sure that you get shrimp that hasn't been cooked yet so it' picks up the flavor.
In a skillet sautee some minced/chopped up garlic (as much garlic as you like in your foods), add about a tablesppoon of butter, and some olive oil.
After it heats up, add the shrimp, let cook for about a min, then add white cooking wine.. about a cup or so.. cook till shrimp is nice and pink on both sides....

Steam some brocclii and throw it in with the shrimp after you are done- and VIOLA! a great dish!
