Some people just don't get it! They don't understand that shipping materials, postage, your gas to get there, adds up for the seller; if the price was clearly stated and the item in question was indeed OK, then I'd contact EBAY and have a "mutual withdrawal" so you don't get a "point" against you; I once gave a woman a "positive" and added "great book!Just wish it had a cert. of authenticity; she sent me an email saying that she was insulted, that "celebrities don't give certified authentic notes with signatures"; she didn't know the lingo, what I meant was a compliment with a wish for a cert./not that 1 was missing! She was going to leave me a negative...she didn't, though; finally got through her thick, old Hollywood head(she was some sort of gossip columnist in LA LA LAND!

people are really stupid and 1. don't read the auctions completely before bidding and don't realize that when the bid they agree to all the terms, ie. the shipping costs, 2. think that they should get everything for little to know money, and 3. retaliate with negative feedback before trying to resolve things. It's very frustrating. I've been there. I can relate.

Depends how much you charged her. I get annoyed when people charge me $6.95 for "priority mail" and then send me my item first class and they paid $1.29 for shipping.

If you are not doing this , then she may just be really picky. My suggestion to you is that if you want your perfect rating, then apologize to her even if it isn't your fault. One simple "sorry, but there wasnt' a mark when I mailed it to you", or "sorry that you are unhappy but I mailed it to you without a mark" could save you from a negative feedback. Sometimes just responding to them politely will prevent you from a feedback. I know that it isn't your fault that there is a mark if you say there isn't and just explain it to her.

I sold a book 3 years ago on ebay, and some crazy jerk emailed me 20 times threatening to give me negative feedback because he said I charged him "6 cents" more for shipping. I charged him $1.30 for shipping, and the post office charged me $1.24. Now that is a psycho. I had to write really polite emails to him to calm him down. I never got a negative feedback, but it just goes to show you , that there are crazy people that go on there. I mean this guy got angry at me for 6 CENTS.

That happened to me - some crazy woman didn't even read my auction properly, so she b*tched about S&H and the brand of the item that I was selling. She threatened to report to Paypal for a mere $5, and I was like how is that my fault? So she ruined my perfect rating... for $5.

Some people just love to ruin your day... don't let it get to you.

people are a*ssholes. I sold something and charged $2 for shipping on it. the buyer sent me an email saying to just send the item since he didn't want to buy such a small amount for shipping. told him no, either send the $2 or you don't get it. left me negative feedback bcuz of that. complete a*ssholes that are too stupid to realize what business is.

Some people just enjoy being cranky jerks. They have nothing better to do with their time than make other people miserable. I worked for about 15 years in various customer service/retail jobs and there seem to be some people in this world who are miserable no matter what you do. They want to complain and there's nothing you can do to satisfy them. You can ask them what to do to fix the problem, but they don't want the problem fixed. They just want to be miserable.

An autograph collector / stalker once told me tat 95% of autographs on EBay are forged, and the other 5% are people who don't know the value of what they're selling.

Because they are fools. Leave her a little red button with factual feedback and use the respond to feedback option and state the facts.

Remember, you have the ability to report her through eBay if the message came through eBay and you can leave her bad feedback to let others know not to deal with her.....
