what are the challenges of being an advocate and mediator in the human service field. I need to talk about its ethical, moral, and legal challenges

Just some ideas...hope it helps. Good luck with the paper too, hope you'll get a nice grade for it. :)

- With regards to ethics, in any program/case, are all those involved know fully all that is going on? What about language and cultural barriers?

- Moral rights of the individual vs. human rights?

- There are many things to discuss about legal challenges e.g. Having an abused (physical/emotional/sexual) child separated from his/her parent/s and having parental rights terminated?

Well, as an advocate, you need to worry about whether what you stand for is really what the client wants. Are you trying to pursue something different? How can you stand up for the client if your views are different from theirs?

As far as legal challenges, I'm not sure what you're talking about. There could be a variety of issues.
