The actual marriage certificate comes from the state. It's the official thing so you have to have it. However, you can purchase the prettier ones for display while the true certificate isn't that attractive and is kept in a safe place. A lot of people do that. We are thinking about it as well.

the state, gives you the marraige certificate you cant make one. or people would easily be able to make fake ones without going through a judge.. or preist. lol.. Pretty..
