First of all, I limit my boys intake of junk food, which over the years, has actually kept them from craving it. Allow it in moderation, but allowing your child to gorge themselves until they are sick, is not good. The excess sugar can cause severe bowel problems, and possible make them throw up. Next time try to keep an eye on how much he consumes, or try to moderate his junk food consumption.

My son eats alot of junk food when he is at home- but never really has had problems with a tummy ache. He is 15 and loves his salads and fresh veggies too so maybe that helps him but he eats alot of chips-candy-and crap thats not healthy too! Maybe u just need to offer other foods and stop buying as much junk food for him. Dont take it away completely- just make the serving smaller! Good luck

u need to be carefull!im 6.2 feet tall and was told i looked anorexic before and im now 36 weeks i only eat fast food once or twice a week and only drink juice and water or dordial but i have a big baby (9days bigger than gestation) and i have ballooned in weight since about 7 and a half months, i have light stretch marks going from my butt to Below the back of my knees!!!! if i were u i would STOP eating pizza all together! u may not actually crave it as its always there but pizza is one of THE MOST fattening foods i can think of its best for baby if u just eat a small amount of meat & plenty of vegies for tea instead of any kind of fast food. u dont want to end up with marks like i do,,,and u WILL if u dont stop how your eating. i stopped as soon as i realised they were stretch marks but once they show its too late it means the skin is already weak and baby needs to put on 200 grams every week so they are only going to get darker and more of them

In the 1st place....Don't buy junk food at all...instead buy fruit ...I...in my house i don't buy sodas I don't buy junk food..and if I do I hide it and I will keep it away until he eats what they supposed to, I'm proud to say that my 5yr old and my 2 yrs old does NOT drink sodas.at all...why??'cause ever since I got pregnant with my 1s soon all I drank was water....and with my second...I have a nephew that is the same age of my 2yrs old daughter and his mother lets him drink soda out of his bottle.....and Oh my god his teeth are ugly....and he is fat!!! and not to mention un-healthy. So be smart! Be tough with your kids in the matter and they will thank you later on in life when they are skinny, healthy and with pretty teeth OK?? Good luck and remember u are The MOM!!!

Good work to brain dead adults that keep buying the junk food and giving it to their kids. Why can't people buy fruit and veg and pile it into their kids. Naaaa , they can't, gotta be the more expensive alternative of McDonalds and all the other rubbish
