I don't like the no chatting part of them. I don't see how that hurts anyone.

I think that the banning of all adult content is a bad idea, because sometimes a question will go into that area and it should be asked and answered.
If these questions are not answered by someone, it's going to leave the poor question asker in the dark since no one is adult enough to answer them.
I do think that the adult content that is posted only because it's adult content should be removed, but if someone has a real question that is adult oriented, it should be allowed.

It does. Mostly because it is arbitrarily decided upon. For example, adult content is not very well defined.
