my dad has a grudge against my mom's mom and my mom's brothers and sisters.......i think it mite be coz of:
1. oldest sis let my aunt (widow) marry a divorce man wen it was against church rules
2.oldest bro cheated with his wife with another woman
3. aunt's husband shoudl've been arrested for sexual harrasment (the victim was his niece)
4. Grandma eavedrops a lot
5. Greedy couple thinking they're all that

actually i'm not trying to solve it, im just trying to find a way to NOT see them because we go to the same church and i see them and they talk to me and it feels like i'm betraying my dad or somthing

I don't understand why you would want to try and force your dad to like your mom's side of the family... sounds like he is the smart one to want and stay away. Not only would I stay out of it (there may be more things going on there that you don't know about), I would not pick sides.

Wow... i'm sorry to assert this, yet you're able to desire to advance UP, and notice what your mom's doing for you and your brother. She by no skill supplies up on you the two, she seems when you the two, tries to make you the two have a great life, she would be unable to fulfill all your brother's and your desires, yet She works actual tricky to maintain nutrition on the table, a roof over you and your brother's head, able to bypass to college... The least You and your brother can do for her is Thank her for the failings she's doing, love her, and not yell or hit her. I mean for god's Sake!!! She gets burdened at paintings extensive-unfold, She has some lung ailment, meaning she has hassle respiratory; yet she would not care!! reason as she stated, You and your brother are greater considerable then her seeing a doctor. I could desire to end right here as its now very late right here yet yeah... only a minimum of you and your brother could savor, and love her greater... She's the only mom you acquire... and if she's long gone, what could you and your brother do?...

It's admirable that you'd like to try to help the situation, but it's a tough one... really bad family infighting like this has no easy answer. One solution would be for your mother to put you and your father first and limit involvement with these other family members. Husband and wife are supposed to cleave anyway... anything outside of this relationship must be kicked to the wayside.

Guess what, it is not your job to fix the situation. Leave it as their problem and let them all know you will not pick sides. Try not to be a fixer for the family, it is not healthy for you.

some people are set in their way of thinking. some things you just need to live with. my dad's family is just that way, including someone for sexual harassment. we don't get along with my dad's family, but we just stay away from them. actually i like it that way cuz they're too nosey anyway.

However, pointing out to your Dad that he's a hypocrite, might be eye opening for him. You cite "church rules" in one statement. Christians are supposed to be non-judgmental, and according to you, he's WAY judgmental.

you cant, he is ur dad respect him, it sounds like he has reason, i knew that my parent's and my guys parents would not like each other so i did all i could to keep them apart, i knew that my dad and my guys mother would hate each other, and my older sister got them together in a public place that's when i knew for sure cause his mother started screaming at my dad an my dad walked out and left my poor mother to settle things.

we can not pick who are family is but we do have the choice to have them in our lives...your dad has a right to feel like this.he is raising a daughter and these people have NO!!!! MORALS....don't get involved ....keep your safe distance....dad is protecting his family....take care and good luck...
