They run a Credit check on you. When you rent the rental agency reports to the credit bureau. When you apply to rent somewhere else they will run a credit check on you to see your rental history on payments, did you leave owing etc. If the people that you rented from did not report to the Credit Bureau...they will call or write them a letter and ask for like a 12 month rental history.

They usually don't unless you tell them. Most Landlords don't use the credit listings after you have left. The Do use a credit check on the way in though so bad credit in general could give you a hard time when trying to find a new place.

They check your credit report and score under rental's history. What they will do is pull your credit report to see if you've broken a least or left property without paying.

They check the references you provide them. No landlord will rent to you with you providing them at least 3 references. They also check on your credit history, to see if you are a deadbeat.

All roommates are equivalent. If one did no longer pay the lease then all could desire to pay the outcomes. that's the way it somewhat works. He could could desire to be on the lease in spite of in case you had the money to qualify on your individual. ALL tenants could desire to be screened and on the lease. you are able to no longer in basic terms lease in one individual's call. in case you do this and pass him in then he's an unauthorized tenant and you the two gets evicted. sure! you're able to desire to checklist all previous addresses good or undesirable. only as a results of fact which you do no longer checklist it does no longer mean they gained't discover out. whilst they see the omission they'll desire to be conscious of why. He can't conceal from this. i be conscious of that is not honest, yet that's only one thing you adult adult males could desire to handle.
