Everyone that opens their mouths and condemn another isn't always a "Christian". Everyone that goes to church isn't a Christian. Those living the true way of God, will not condemn and show hatred towards another, whether right or wrong. We are to love unconditionally. As a Christian, the love of God should shine from us in all we do. I would love for you to believe in God and to come to know Him. But, I can't make you. I can only share with you the news of what He's done for me and many others. The way of God/Jesus is free and joyful and peaceful. All things in Jesus are good. There are commandments which need to be met. There are situations that only God can answer but trust that all "Christians" are not alike. And just because that carry the title doesn't make them "true".

A God by any name, would be just as good with some believers. With some nonbelievers, "NOTHING" could be just as satisfactory as a god. Verbal ultimatums do not work in convincing anyone to do what they do not wish to do. Faith is a matter of personal choice. The person is either saved or condemned by what he (or she ) believes in, HIMSELF -- not by what anyone else thinks or tells him to accept. The expectations of others for you or for anyone else do not matter. Belief and often, the absence of any belief, have a strong influence on human behavior. The truth is that selfish behavior, random acts of violence and duress never lead to love and peace. Unconditional love, however, does not condone socially negative behavior or remain silent and uninvolved when someone is, forseeably, about to get hurt. God is a spirit. Spirit does not hurt people. People hurt people!

God is not evil. God is not mean. Could it be that you see what you want to see? Is a parent mean and evil, if they spend their life raising a child in the way to go? Is a parent wrong, if they discipline a child of age 2 from running into the street in front of a moving vehicle that could have killed them? Is a parent wrong or evil for preventing the child from living a destructive lifestyle? God & parents loves us unconditionally. Do not confuse love from discipline. Love is given freely no matter what. That does not mean that money, material things, et al are given freely. Satn has cast confusion into your mind. You cannot see the truth because you do not want to open your eyes and see the writing on the wall that is front of you. You cannot hear the truth because you have covered your ears from the truth. Your heart cannot feel Gods love because you have allowed Satan to build a wall of hate around your soul. You have deep seeded anger. If you do not follow man's laws, the police will arrest you, you will go to court, you will be found guilty and you will go to prison. If you do not follow God's laws you will be imprisoned within yourself, your soul will not be freed, you will face God's judgment and you will receive the death sentence to hell. That is not God who committed the sin & broke the law...it would be the one who broke the law. Many prisons on earth are filled with people who break laws and blame someone else for their sentence. They fail to see their actions got them where they are...they blame the police, the judge etc. Many people today suffer from conduct disorder. They simply would rather live like they are God and do as they darn well please, rather than be submissive to God.

eh... condemning Christians aren't going by the Bible, God's word. They are going by what their organized religion taught them, often times not God's word.
Jesus doesn't talk about hell. There isn't even a mentioning of hell in the Bible. There is Sheol (in the old testament) and the lake of fire in Revelation.
I'm a Christian and I don't think there's a hell. I think we might all go to Sheol. Probably somewhat like a holding place until the end of the world.
Because NO ONE is judged on their deeds of life, until the end of the world. It says that in Revelation. And the people that didn't believe, don't go to fiery hell for eternity. They are "thrown into the lake of fire" They will just cease to exist. They will be no more. Much better than fire n brimstone for eternity.

Hmmm OK I read those answers and I saw nobody Condemning or giving you an ultimatum Perhaps I missed one Lets see....
Discipline is not always easy. A parent can love his or her child and still discipline them to follow and obey rules. It is the sinful nature that does not want to be disciplined. Some people have a difficult time obeying man's laws...the prisons are full of those people. Some people have a tough time obeying the parents rules, they end up rebelling. Still there are those who find it difficult to obey their Supervisor on the job, they end up unemployed. The laws God makes and enforces, are not out of hate, but rather to keep us safe, happy, healthy and from going to things that can harm us. Some people try to find a way of life that supports what they want to do, instead of submitting to authority. Satan creeps in to turn people against God. He only has one trick up his sleeve. He is the Great Deceiver. He deceives those who want to be deceived. I pray that God will take your life to a place of truth. Dear brother, submit yourself to Christ
Nope That is REALITY not Condemnation.
anyone else...
Perhaps being easy-to-follow shouldn't be your only criterion for choosing a religion
Oh yes that word PERHAPS is a real ultimatum and Condemnation there. LOL you are not really serious are you. Of course not.
We love you and thank you for bringing some humor to our lives. God Loves you. We don't expect you to follow Christ because of Us we expect you WILL follow Christ because He first loved you. Keep Seeking you will find him. God Bless.

Christianity is offensive to the unsaved. The idea of a hell does not register well with the sinner. If you are afraid of the truth, then never expect to see heaven, and expect to live a miserable life. Love and peace come with a price, and that price is casting off the old man of sin and embracing the the new life in Jesus Christ. If you want to burn in hell for all eternity, then that is your choice.

You are not expected to be a Christian. You are expected to Trust your whole life to the Lordship the Creator God of heaven and earth who loves you unconditionally. IF you choose not to love in return, that is your choice, plain and simple. However, if you choose not to believe nor trust in Him with your life, don't expect to obtain all the benefits from Him, i.e. getting eternal life.
If you think people are expecting you to believe, then that is most likely cause they have discovered the Truth and want you to know that same reality for yourself because they love you.

We're all at different levels of development in our spirituality. If we were all perfect, no one would criticize others and there wouldn't be any backbiting or unrighteous condemnation. Alas, we haven't crossed the finish line, yet, though, so we still offend eachother when we shouldn't.
We could all stand to be a little more courteous, regardless of our differences .

Religous people are getting out of hand lately. I think the best choice is to become atheist and if you really need to find a religon search one out later. I would not actively look for one because the people that are most likely going to talk to you about it are nuts and completely caught up in the subject.
