Is there really anyone who knows nothing about spiritual things? Don't we all have a spirit who lives within us? I think it's kinda hard to have any opinions about spiritual matters without believing you do have a spirit. So, that makes everyone an expert in some way, doesn't it? Oh, gee, sorry that is more questions than answers, oh well...

the nature of life and spirituality is such that no one can possibly know the truth about any of it. you must die before you can know with certainty what will come after.
people will lie to themselves and fight others to defend their own doubts and insecurities in their own beliefs.
in other words, there is no way to comment on ANY spiritual thing and to know everything about it. So every spiritual comment is suspect.

They can do this because they read their BIBLES. If you read your BIBLE and pray for HIS understanding you can comment because what you are saying you can back it up in the Bible. So Wisdom, Knowledge and Understanding is something you learn every day for he rest of your life. They are not speaking on their on they use the words to help them comment on spiritual things. They are not right in their own eyes, they are right in the words of GOD.

Such as? If it's a response about a religion, they can know something about it... especially from the ppl who follow that religion telling everyone else all about it. ^_^ If it's a spiritual thing, don't you have to prove they are wrong in order to say they know nothing about it?

I ask myself the same question when I read some of the answers and questions posted here.
Proverbs 13:16 (NIV)
"Every prudent man acts out of knowledge, but a fool exposes his folly. "
Proverbs 15:2 (NIV)
"The tongue of the wise commends knowledge, but the mouth of the fool gushes folly."

For the same reason that people attempt to write sentences without knowing (noing) how to spell. They think they don't know where their limits are.

because they like to pretend they know something so they can shoot off their big mouths in a way that is offensive to the people they disagree with.

Because, as your question illustrates, everyone has an opinion and, like you, feels a need to express it.

Would be better if you explained the situation...but ignore people if they dont know anything, that's why they don't know anything, because you're supposed to ignore them.
