Obviously you don't literally say things in your actual heart. However, have not sayings like, "Follow your heart", "I give you my heart", ect., been in use for quite a while? In the same context,

Psalm 14:1
Only fools say in their hearts,
"There is no God."...

simply means, "A fool denies the existence of God,". Obviously, speaking on the terms that "heart" allegorically, in this sense, equals "brain", or "mind", would not, to write this question on Yahoo Answers, the impulse begin in your mind? You would think about writing it, decide to openly declare that you do not believe in a God, and write it. So, this question began in your mind, or your "heart".

I am of the opinion that a fool believes that strange and unlikely stories written thousands of years ago are the same as a history book, and then pray to the main charactor, and expect things to happen, then when they don't happen still believe. fools!

It's the same thing. As long as you believe there is no God, you are a fool that will roast in hell.

A fool is a fool. It doesn't matter where he finds himself being foolish. Hope this answers your question.

You really are suffering from delusions of grandeur if you think the Bible mentions Jim Darwin.

(Romans 1:21) . . .because, although they knew God, they did not glorify him as God nor did they thank him, but they became empty-headed in their reasonings and their unintelligent heart became darkened. . .

and that explains most questions and answers in this section of Yahoo!

A fool ... I mean there is no difference. Thanks for the points. If you say it on yahoo, in Kalamazoo, or at the zoo .... you have believed it in your heart.
