Homemade remedies for preventing hair fall:

1. Apply almond oil on scalp and massage.
2. Grind fenugreek seeds in water and apply on your scalp. Wash off after 40 minutes. Do this every morning for a month ¡V if it suits you! Remember, different treatments suit different types of hair.
3. Massage warm castor oil + almond oil into your scalp gently. Wrap a hot towel around your scalp so it gets absorbed into the hair. Do this twice a week for healthy, shiny hair.
4. Add 2-3 drops of honey to a glass of water and use this as the last rinse after shampooing.

Good luck babe xx

Eat smart
Drink water
Vitamins
Change shampoo
Get some help with the little.
Few adult nights out

Hair loss after having a baby is kinda of a comon thing to have happen but it won't hurt to try to do the above.

it´s only your hormones gone a bit crazy. but that is normal, as during pregnancy, you grow a lot more hair than usual. Still, if the problem persists, go and see a skin doctor.

Unless you have bald spots, don't worry about it. Your hair grows thicker and faster due to prenatal vitamins. When you stop taking them it is normal to shed a little more.

there is nothing that you can do to stop it and it can take a few years for your hair to get back to normal again it is just the way your body reacts to your horomone levels going back to normal it is a very common thing and there is no cure for it

mine did the same thing...it still hasn't gotten back to normal...my Derm. told me to use Rogaine...the generic brand will work just as well. You can even use the men's formula, it's stronger and you only have to apply it once a day...if you use the women's formula, you have to apply it twice. The men's formula made the fuzz on my face grow darker...so, I use the women's. You can buy it anywhere.
