Most theatres do not allow you to bring in outside foods. Since they don't really serve anything very healthy, this is what I suggest. Eat at home before you go. Order yourself a small popcorn or if they have soft pretzels, that's a better choice, and a diet soda or bottle of water. For no fat, you can even throw in a few red vines...It's tough, but don't eat the hole package. If you are already not hungry from eating beforehand, you will just snack on the popcorn instead of going while you're starving and eating a huge bucket of it!

My suggestion is to choose a small popcorn instead of getting the big honking tub of it. Get it without butter and salt it lightly. There is already butter in the oil they use to pop it, so you're really not missing out on that butter flavor too much. According to Weight Watcher's movie popcorn is worth 4 points, but on the other hand I've been seeing some nutritional value sites that list popcorn as having anywhere from 71 to 116 g of fat. Eek! However, I've been dieting and have lost 30lbs, and that's what I eat at the movies so...*shrugs* make your own decision about that. Another suggestion is if you have Twizzlers available at the counter, get those. However, I'm judging from the use of the word "cinema" that you may not be in/from the U.S. Red licorice candy has no fat and not many calories, so anything close to that would also be good.

hi. Youcertainly dont sound overweight thats for positive. Protein is sweet, sure, exceptionally in weight lifting. eating a 1500 calorie meal only once an afternoon isn't healthful. for a short metabolism and to keep it revved up all day, it truly is ideal to devour 4-6 smaller nutrition in the course of the day and some small snacks. I also do no longer imagine 1500 energy is adequate for you. you're particularly tall. i'd double examine your calorie criteria right here lower than at this internet website I revealed for you. Take care!~

When I get to the theather I first of all after I pay for my ticket I ask for the theater manager I then tell the theater manager that I am on a special diet and that I cannot eat the food that they sell but can drink the diet soda. I then do buy a diet soda and I show him that I have my own healthy snacks to eat in the theather and they are very helpful and let me bring in my own snacks, I even show him a note from my doctor that I am on a diet. Most theater managers will be nice on this and let you bring in your own food if you let them know and not sneak it in. If you try and sneak it in and get caughtmore then likely you will not only lose hte food you bought but could lose the food you bought get kicked out of hte theather or worse yet banned from the theather, so word of caution ask.. It has never hurt to ask. Now you wanted to know what to take with you everyone wants popcorn right?? they have 97% fatfree opocorn out there so pop that and measure it to a 1 cup portion and put that in a zip lock bag, then measure out a cup of baby carrots. and when you get to the theater buy a medium cup of soda.....

Small pkg of popcorn (they now make single serving ones that you can pre-pop before you go). Just don't get the ones with "extra butter" or sugars.
Then at the cinema you can just order a diet soda to go with the popcorn.
Enjoy and have fun.

Raisins are a good snack, or get some low fat popcorn, the Orville Redenbarker light (I think) is only one point on the Weight Watchers diet, for the whole bag!

Twizzlers, cotton candy, gummy bears and Junior Mints aren't too bad (as long as you don't eat the whole package!) Some movie theatres have Icees, and some have soft pretzels, which while they aren't super low calorie won't undo all your efforts.
Avoid movie theatre popcorn! Movie theatre popcorn is popped in gobs of oil (often times coconut oil, which is sooooo unhealthy), and even if you get it without butter, it still has almost as much fat as you are supposed to have in a whole day! Yikes!

quavers for crisps a little dairy milk kids bar and a small box of cinema popcorn to share washed down with bucket loads of diet coke will give you about 250 calories not bad in my opinion you should aim for two meals of 250 calories and one of 600 calories plus three 100 calorie snacks and you should still lose weight and eat lots

Not sure, I'd go for salted popcorn or just plain popcorn made at home before you go. Or have a salad for lunch and an icecream at the cinema!

Popcorn and a diet soft drink or water.
Or nachos or similar if you decide to swap a proper meal for a bigger snack.
Ice cream always gets my vote, even when I'm supposed to be being good and not eating junk.
