Quite probably the uninhabited countries. Well it would certainly be the least unhappy country in the world, or the least miserable country in the world. It seems that a lot of us humans are just never happy, we just seem to want more and more. And when we get more then we still ain`t happy and just set our aims a little higher. I think it may just be part of human nature to want more than we have.

I think it's Sweden. Only the Swedes whom I found they never compained about their Gov't. Tour around to enjoy their labor.
Being happy doen't mean "smiling"... because, normally Asians smile- but it doesn't mean they are "happy".
