Ok well i went to my doctor and he told me i had IBS whatever that is and gave me this medicine for it and i take it as often as he wants me too and well it doesnt work and since i turned 15 i cant see the same doctor again. well they thought at first i had a ulser but i dont and well i just need to know what i should do now ive asked my mom to take me to the doctor again and she said that they cant do anything about it i just have to take my medicine. well the medicine doesnt work so someone help please

I was diagnosed with IBS, but the doctor never gave me any medicine for it. He had me keep a food diary. I had to write down everything I ate or drank and also keep a record of when I got sick. They found out certain foods triggered it and if I stayed away from those foods, I am fine. Try keeping a food diary; it can't hurt anything.

Change your diet or realize what you're eating or drinking when your tummy hurts and fix it.
