Just wondering if anyone ever heard of Rachel Clark, the one who breeds German Shepherds. Only asking cause I just had one of her dogs, and oh my gosh the dog was everything you don't want in a dog. I also know one of the GSD rescue has 3 of her dogs?

Are these AKC registered dogs? You can most likely report her for this if they are, and if you have evidence or testimony regarding the condition of these dogs... If you get their attention on her, they may opt to inspect her and all of her records. Not fun for any breeder, even the really good ones. (It's like being audited by the IRS.) If something is going on that does not meet their guidelines, they'll let her know! The site is http://www.akc.org .
Next time, ask for references and learn what questions to ask to make sure this doesn't happen again...

If you have a problem with the breeder, then you should discuss it with the breeder, Most breeders will take the dog back if for any reason you don't want it.
