Talk to your friends in the real world. Maybe somebody can set you up. Don't be embarrassed to ask for help from the people who
care about you.

Try seeing a counselor or joining a group of other widowers. You may find someone there that interests you. Although that's not what the group is for. I didn't want you to take that the wrong way. Just talk to someone. Or you could use those dating websites, but when you meet someone just start out as friends. Good luck!

As this seems that you've cocooned yourself a little, I think it's more about getting out into the mix again. Do you go to Church? You should. Take a class, or, maybe join a hobby club. Those are all valid ways to start wading back into it. Wading, yes, start at the shallow end, and go slowly so you can keep it all in perspective. 11 years seems like a long time, but, looking forward doesn't allow dragging that around! Good Luck :)

Take the first step, it will get easier after that. I can imagine it has been difficult, but I can imagine if you are writing this that you don't want to be alone anymore. Grab some friends and go out on the town. Or perhaps look online for a group, or in Real life for a group with others that are going through this themselves. Good Luck.

Go out and meet other people, attend parties with your friends, go to church regularly because I think this is the best place to find a life partner. Don't even think of going to the bar for the sole purpose of meeting a guy. I do not recommend that for obvious reasons. Good luck!

Depends on how old you are. It's best to move on sometimes when you have a whole life full of amazing different people ahead of you.

Do you still miss your husband too much too date? I can imagine how you must have felt, but it's okay to have feeling again for someone else. He would want you to be happy.
