The only religion that I have ever found that is easy to follow and has a God who loves us all unconditionally even if we don't believe in him or are gay or have sex outside of marriage or any of the other things that many people find hard not to do because either that just is who they are or because trying not to do it is just to hard.

I'm not saying faith in Giggles the Fairy doesn't have any rules.Just a lot less and he is the only God who never was a jealous God or a venegful God or a murderous God or a spiteful God.Unconditional love is just that, unconditional. That is why faith in Giggles is the ONLY way to go!

I agree. I don't understand how a religion can teach hate. I think a TRUE Christian would be open to everybody and love unconditionally.

We consider God's laws an honor and a privilege. Imagine living in the U.S. without laws. It's exactly the same. The laws are there to protect all of humanity on an equal basis -- rich and poor, leaders and slaves.

We don't judge. We leave the judgment to God and do what's best for us and for making this world we live in today a better place for all of humanity.

Perhaps if we all learn to respect each other we can get started on the path to peace on earth.

Continue to pray for your place in the afterlife; but in the meantime, do something constructive about creating peace on earth.

“It has been told you, O mortal, what is good, and what the Eternal requires of you – Only this: to do justly, and love mercy, and walk humbly with your God.” Micah 6:1

Wow, you sure a clueless.

The devil can show himself as an angel of light and show people that sinning is the best for happiness. Well, if you feel that is right, then follow them, you have a choice. In the long run you will really will know who they really are. How would you feel that when you have a girlfriend someone else comes and take her away from you. Follow sin is that is the desire of you heart. It is better to be cold then been worm, cause if you are worm, God will vomit you.

You said a right thing, Religion: I had pointed before that our Lord Christ doesn't have religion.

It's not God or religion, it's the people who are practicing the religion. Some people believe that you have to follow all kinds of laws to get in good with God. I don't believe that especially when you get lost in all the rules/practices or don't understand them and lose focus on what's really important. What is important is loving God and loving others.

God wants you to obey Him and His laws BECAUSE He loves you. He wants you to be happy. He's not saying, "Obey all my laws, or else you will be tormented for all eternity." People exaggerate things way too much. He made the laws so that we all could live peacefully with one another.

Take a look at the Commandment "Thou shalt not kill." Someone kills your loved one. You are now devastated, right? The victim dies and is taken away from their loved ones, the family and friends suffer, and the killer possibly gets life in prison and has to live with what they've done for the rest of their lives. Sucks all the way around, don't it?

Next Commandment: "Thou shalt not commit adultery." You cheat on your wife...Your wife's heart is broken, your marriage ends, and your relationship with the girl will never go anywhere because she knows you're unfaithful. Again, everyone loses.

God isn't unfair. He loves us all...even if we do screw up. We are His children. He's our loving Father who gives us rules to guide us by because He knows what's best for us...just like any loving parent does. Would you honestly want a God who just sits there and says, "Okay, I created you, and your world is now full of hatred and crime. I've done my part, and now I'm done. You're on your own from here on out."? What kind of God would that be? Not one I'd want to worship, any more than I'd want a parent who says, "Well, I gave birth to you...now it's up to you to live. Do what you want, and don't come crying to me when something happens to you."
I can't speak for you, but I appreciate God and His laws. They guide me and protect me.

Discipline is not always easy. A parent can love his or her child and still discipline them to follow and obey rules. It is the sinful nature that does not want to be disciplined. Some people have a difficult time obeying man's laws...the prisons are full of those people. Some people have a tough time obeying the parents rules, they end up rebelling. Still there are those who find it difficult to obey their Supervisor on the job, they end up unemployed. The laws God makes and enforces, are not out of hate, but rather to keep us safe, happy, healthy and from going to things that can harm us. Some people try to find a way of life that supports what they want to do, instead of submitting to authority. Satan creeps in to turn people against God. He only has one trick up his sleeve. He is the Great Deceiver. He deceives those who want to be deceived. I pray that God will take your life to a place of truth. Dear brother, submit yourself to Christ.

I believe that it's because humans think of God in terns of human context. The rules and regulations relegions impose on humans were created by humans. Relegious groups spend most of their time praising God instead of dong something good. I don't believe that God wanted that much praising but rather he may have wanted us to do good and avoid eveil. Relegion is big business. The bible was written by humans and not by God. But when a preacher says "because God said so", he really meant it was because "I said so".

Having difficult rules is part of what makes religions attractive. It makes it possible for people to feel like they're part of something exclusive, and it encourages a sense of moral superiority. These kinds of things enable a religious system to persist, by attracting adherents and keeping them from competing systems.

Its not the religion that has hateful laws. It is the controllers of a religion who make up the laws without understanding a word of the original teacher.
