Global Warming
Increasing evidence of evolution. Most arguments that I've heard from christians are trying to disprove evolution rather than prove creationism.
Is there a process?

1. The bible never said the sun revolved around the earth. That was the pope.

2. What does global warming have to do with anything?

3. You are mistaken. Evidence against evolution is increasing. We are finding organsims to be increasingly complex, so we now see that it is even less likely. The reason one cannot prove creation is there is that creation was not scientific. That is not to say it wasn't logical - it is logical that a supernatural God would have supernatural powers.

The earth revolves around the sun? Next thing you'll be telling me the earth is round! [insert sarcasm ->here<-]

We accept the earth is round (get an education) and we accept the earth revolves around the sun - The Book of Enoch which should have been in the original canon clearly identifies planets as round and having their own independent orbital paths. Maybe thats why some couldn't deal with it and booted it?

Non the less - there is NO SOLID EVIDENCE to support Evolution. Non. I've read all the scientific research and its ALL GUESS WORK. They take extinct species of Apes and try to make it fit with human development, and that my friend is not science but desperation.

The Bible doesn't say not imply that the earth doesn't revolve around the Sun and I have no idea what you're referring to about Global Warming. As to evolution, there are a great deal of people proving creationism is more viable than evolution. Google "intelligent design" and you'll find plenty.

Nowhere in Christian doctrine does it say that the Sun revolves around the Earth. (A few misguided members of the Catholic church executed Galileo, but those few should be held responsible; not all of Christianity!).

Global warming? What does that have to do with Christianity?

While I personally don't think God used evolution to create life, and feel that the factual support for evolution is slim, how does that prove/disprove religion?

You mean, is there a process for Christianity to change it's teachings to fit the worlds? No. Where in the Bible does it even suggest that the sun revolves around the earth? As for global warming, well, anything that's created ages. On top of that, destroyed by fire (but that's in a completely different context, speaking of God's fire). Look here for more on global warming - http://www.answersingenesis.org/docs2005/0908ct.asp?aigHomeCountry=United+States&aigEvents=United+States&aigBookstore=United+States
And about evolution, many of the "staples" for it that scientists have called on for years, i.e. fossils, ect. have been proven as misunderstood frauds.

There is a very scientific process that they use called Pullitoutofyourassology. You basically just throw a bunch of random ideas in a hat that might disprove some type of theory on some planet. Then, a member selects one out of said hat. Upon revealing the random idea to the rest of the commitee, they all go about trying to find a scientific fact that the new idea might have a chance of disproving.

Actually, there is a verse in the Bible that says the earth revolves around the sun. We have no more evidence for evolution than we did 50 years ago. The Bible says that everything has a season, or process, so I guess there is one.

Global warming is by no means a proven fact other than the earth does heat up and cool off.Evolution is under fire because it is bad science and worse religion.Christianity will survive ToE(Theory of Evolution) will change.Evolution works somewhat well in the micro version but falls on its face in any other respect. We were breeding cattle and dogs for thousands of years before science proved we could, and that's about all evolution covers in the fact form.

So soon as you've found some scientific proof, please let us know. So far, all the scientists have come up with is theories, which athiests pretend is fact. Sorry, but science does not work that way. No matter how badly you want to have scientific evidence that we evolved from monkeys, it doesn't exist, only theory. I'm sorry, but even scientifically, you can't make theory fact without some evidence. I admit scientists are looking for this evidence, but for some strange reason, they can't seem to find it.

"SO THE SUN STOOD STILL, and the moon stopped, till the nation avenged itself on its enemies, as it is written in the Book of Jashar. THE SUN STOOD STILL IN THE MIDDLE OF THE SKY and delayed going down about a full day. There has never been a day like it before or since..." Joshua 10:13-14

Does it have to be any clearer? Stop this denial and deal with it!!
