Man you should have got her a present along time ago. LOL!! Mani and Pedi gift certificate, make up or take her shopping and have a girls day out! My lil sister always loves that.

something she can make herself. They sell little craft kits for people that age at different places. I got my cousin a roseart kit that lets you put rhinestones and grommets and studs on things you already own, and she loved it.
