Take one multivitamin a day
Excersize
Do not over sleep but commit to a full nights rest
Spend some time outdoors in natural light, this will give you vitamin "D" and I also find it refressing.
If all else fails get some blood work done and speak with your family doctor.

if u r growing a lot of hair it leads to tiredness day to day so if u have a lot of hair on ur head its better u go to a hair cut ok bbye
