this women that works for my mom is gettin real close to me these days i dont like her eventhough she is good lookin she is just way to old for me she is married and 30 years old and i'm only 14 when we went to new york she keeps holdin my hand and she keeps touchin me good thing my mom waz there or it could get wild any way i really need some advice

are u sure it's not your imagination?i mean,she is 30 and married..u r only 14..what can she get from a 14-year-old ''boy''..? she has her own man and if she is not satisfied i'm sure she will try to get satisfaction from a guy her age..and not from a 14-year-old..don't u think? This is what you. Make her feel really stupid.... You gotta "Mode" her (if you don't know what that means - look it up on www.urbandictionary.com)
First off -- she works FOR your mom - so that alone -- you win.
Next time she tries that holdin'hand, flirting sh*t ..... make her feel dumb (remind her how ridiculous she is being - but smoothly) -- so if she grabs your hand, hold hers and say, "Why you tryin' to hold my hand...people are gonna think I'm holding my moms hand - then I'll never get chicks).
if she says, "good thing you're moms not here, etc..." be a smart-*** and say, "well....you can BE my mom....good thing your HUSBAND is not here either, then right?"
or howabout the classic approach:
Just plain straght out tell her, "look -- this flirty old woman, young boy **** is gettin like you - old. (though ofcourse 30 is hardley old -- it's too old for you). It makes me uncomfortable, and if you wanna keep your job, I'm asking you please stop ."
If she doesn't -- then tell your mom -- and let your mom be Donald Trump for the day and tell her, 'You're fired - It's down to the street!"

Dude you're 14 and she's 30. The woman is old enought to BE you mum. Look, make sure that she isn't just being overly friendly, some people are like that, you don't want to be getting the wrong idea. Now, if you are sure that you aren't getting the wrong impression, i think that you should let your mum know, and make sure that she knows that you are not just imaging it.

tell your mom how you feel. im 14 and that would really freak me out. tell her how u feel 2. maybe she thinks of you as a son though. you never know, but don't try to lead her on. ugh! my mom's boyfriend used to do that and she dumped him. if u need to talk just email me @ my yahoo email.
