It depends on how many calories you want in a day.

Average is 2,000 cal a day.

You are getting 2,100 cal a day. So, 350 cals is pretty good amount of calories for each meal.

I'm sorry not to answer your question but I'd like to give you some advice/info or what have you.

Drink water before meals, it will help with your appetite, you'll feel full and won't eat as much.

If you exercise you can let yourself be more free with you meal choices because you're burning more calories, muscle burns calories and excercise speed up your metablism too, but eat smart.

If you are dieting it is important that you give yourself a break from it once a week or so. You can't expect to keep yourself on a strick meal regiment forever, so once a week eat what you want and enjoy it, just workout harder the next day.

You probably know a lot of this already but if you don't now you do.

It depends on how active you are, if you aren't very active (3 or 4 exercises a week) take 50 off each meal. If you are active (5 vigorous hour-long exercises a week) then stay right there. And if you are REALLY active (A very hard hour long exercise a day), add another 30-50 calories to each meal.

6X350 equals 2100 calories, that is about 100 calories to much for the average diet a day. However, if you are doing mucho exercise, then it is a good thing. If you are not, then lose the extra 100 calories. That 100 calories is equal to about 1 soft drink
non-diet per day.

It's normal if you are maintaining a healthy weight by eating that number of calories. If you are gaining, then you need to cut back. If you are losing (and are too thin), then you need to add more.

It sounds very balanced. I don't know what your daily calorie requirements are though.
