"POLL"

"Come to Southern california, it is beginning to look more and more like mexico, grafitti, people selling oranges on the side of the road, tiny dirty shops all over the place, hordes of welfare mothers pushing their babies up and down the street, crime, hispanic gangs... the list goes on and on. No wonder California is Bankrupt.

I completly agree with you even in northern California it's the same thing, half of the people don't speak english and you see more mexican flags then american. If mexico is so good they should go back there and give us a break. Sorry to give a long answer but it just annoys me!

I'm in central California. I can see the change. I'm at the southern end of SLO County and just below us is Santa Barbara County. Some, a lot, of the cities south of us are predominantly Hispanic.

I moved from California in 1997 and it was Mexifornia then, I can only imagine now. I moved back to North Carolina and when I left there weren't Mexicans and now, we have carnicerias...in North Carolina! They are taking over the whole country now, not just California. I don't think there are any people in Mexico anymore.

Don't know ,don't live in california. I do have 4 kids. But no welfare. And man,it costs money, even at walmart.Especially when they all want this and that. And we have our own home,no apartment.Well,we don't have it until we pay it off in 29 more yrs,but....you get the idea. Oh, and my husband is mexican. So not all mexicans live like that.

That's how it is here now. They just ruin every place where many of them tend to be. They ALWAYS have 20 kids each. They just make it look so broken down and poor and dirty wherever they are. Decent people here won't even go into the local parks anymore, because of them. There are always hordes of them playing soccer and playing that carnival "music" really loud and yelling at women like they have no sense at all.

I say let them all go to New Mexico. It already is a state. We would all save a fortune in printing costs with a new state name, all existing maps would not have to be updated, they would know how to pronounce the state name (except for the New part) and besides, nobody lives there except arty liberals and Indians.

In response to *kashmir* Yes it is Native America, but the second-generation Mexicans and so forth are bringing it to its knees. Why don't they rise up in their own country?

Yes they have, I hate having to go thru LAX. Sometimes I wish a huge earthquake would happen out there... let the whole state fall into the ocean.
