I can't give you a list of the Judges in the O.T. right off the top of my head. I'd have to look it up. But if you are looking for a woman judge, it's Deborah.
That one is hard for me to forget because it's my name. Only my name is spelled Debra, Deb for short.

Devorah - would be in the time of the Jews living in Israel
but it has also been noted that Miriam - was someone that gave counsel and even to her own father - when he decided not to continue cohabiting with his wife - and she stepped in (Miriam ) and said to her father "Pharaoh has decreed that even male child be put to death but you have decreed that htere will be no more children at all" after that Miriam's father went back to his wife and they conceived Moshe (moses)
