Fantasy is not necessarily bad. I love epic type fantasy movies (LOTR, Star Wars, etc.) But I know they're not real. Whenever we refuse to deal with reality on its own terms and place more value on fantasy than reality we run the risk of severe mental issues. Interesting how Madison Ave. has created the need for the drugs it pushes, don't you think? The real issue is whether one ignores reality. To have a good outlook on life, to feel hope and happiness in the midst of troubles is an admirable trait - as long as one doesn't hide behind the fantasy to avoid dealing with the pain of reality.

Hey dude, get out more. Happiness is happiness, unhappiness is unhappiness... yadda yadda yadda... what will be will be, live for the moment and get off your computer and go take a walk. Look at nature and realise the fact that you are ALIVE.
