Is there something you could take in to help fade drinking effects away? Say you're totally drunk n' wasted and now you want to get back to the normal life, quickly (I don't mean in 5 seconds! but say within 30 min). Anything that could help?

When I drank a lot, eating a couple of sandwiches always helped me.Just eating some bread helps, but who wants plain bread when they're snockered?Eat some sandwiches, drink some water, and you might be relatively normal in half an hour or so.But don't drive. You might not be as sober as you think you are,and it's just not worth taking the chance.

Just shy of having a complete blood transfusion, there is NO WAY to get the alcohol out of your blood stream that quickly (30 minutes). You need time, dude. Drink lots of water in the meantime. Not coffee...that dehydrates you.

Nothing that I know of.
Best I have ever used was to eat potatoes before you drink. Then - when you get home - take 2 Advil. Before you get out of bed the next day - take 2 more Advil. If you got sick, drink Gatorade.
Be careful of the drinking! Alcohol poisoning is nothing to play with!

No.
Period.
End of story.

The only thing that will fade the effects is time.
Drinking stuff to wake you up like energy drinks or coffee just makes you a wide-awake drunk.

Cheers.

Eat massive amounts of sugar, or see police lights and run it off. Those are the only ways to kill a buzz.

the only way to do this, and get you completly sober is to get an IV it flushes out your system....oncall docs and nurses do this sometimes.....also thats what they do in detox. it will have you sober in 20-30 mins..... so find yourself a friend in the medical feild!
