yes some germs can be killed with very low temperatures, but also a lot of them will just stop growing and multiplying under those conditions, and once it getts warmer, they will wake up and continue their growth. Heat also kills most germs, but some are resistant to it. And with heat i mean over 100 degrees and some germs require a much higher temp. to be killed.
