Credit cards and credit reports are different entities. You don't need to have a credit card to get a report. Contact Experion, TransUnion and Equifax to obtain it. You can send in payment (check.money order) if you don't have a credit card or debit card to pay for it over the phone or online. Credit reports report more than just Visa/MC/AMEX.

Through equaifax you can only get your credit report online for a fee. You can request a free credit report via mail. Go to equifax's web site for info on how to order.

Credit reports don't just cover credit cards. It can also cover things like if you are consistently late paying an electricity bill or even skipped out on paying library fines if the library sends the bill to a collection agency.

You have to have at least a bank card (Visa check card, etc.) to get it. You won't be charged until the free trial period (usually 30 days) is over. Just be sure to cancel before then.
