just spend time with him and he should figure it out on his own as well as you being able to tell if he likes you.If he doesnt get it and you cant read his signals either then just come right out and tell him

don't get too nervous just ask him to go out with u and tell him

that's a wonderful question..wished i thought of that!! however...i do not have an answer as I am in the same situation..like a guy..dealing with my own insecurities and the most i say to him is "hi, how ya doin'?" and he says hi and walks on...
