Go onto www.kidshealth.org and then click on the teens part. then go into the Foods and Fitness. There is a link that says what is the right weight for my height. Fill in your bday/sex/height/weight and then submit it. It will give you the ranges that are averages and your BMI.

Not just about your weight. Check out your Body Mass Index in a search engine as it takes into account height weight but also things like waist size etc to get an overall picture. There is probably no normal weight for that height as everyone has a different build and bone structure. Try bodydoctor.com as loads of good stuff also.

is it the average weight you are looking for or Healthy weight because the average person is over weight.

Well, I am 5ft1 and I would say I'm pretty average at 8 stone. (If you are American, there are 14lbs in 1 stone).
