The more pickle relish I put in my deviled eggs, tuna or egg salad the more my family eats it!

I've done lots of experimenting with stuff other than pickle relish. Try roasted peppers, a dab of horseradish with the mustard, 1000 Island or bleu cheese dressing, etc. One of my favorites for deviled eggs is a spoonful of olive tapenade with some lemon zest. And trust me, they always ask for my deviled eggs!
Check Moosewood Restaurant's New Classics for more tasty ideas, and have fun experimenting!

I usually chop up dill pickles and put in it. If I had relish I'd use that, but I never do...I usually just have a jar of pickles in the fridge. :) My husband doesn't like it...he'd rather have celery. I think the pickles add more flavor...especially if you add some of the pickle juice from the jar.

No, to tuna salad I add garlic powder, to egg salad and deviled eggs I add a teaspoon or more of the dry mustard.

I love pickles in tuna sandwiches, but I've never had them in egg salad or deviled eggs. Maybe I'll try that.
I REALLY dislike sweet pickles, though.

Yes, but it must be dill pickle relish. In the South they use sweet relish; in the North dill. Also a little mayo, minced onion, black pepper, celery seed and a drop of spicy mustard.

Ewwwwwwwwwww makes it too sweet. In Deviled Eggs, I like to put in a cup of drained spinach and 4 tablespoons of bacon for 1 dozen eggs. You do have to add a bit more mayo tho. People that say they hate spinach absolutely love my deviled eggs.

tuna salad ... I use pickle relish & my mother-in-law puts in cut up hard-boiled egg
egg salad ... I don't use pickle relish, but I do sometimes use bacon bits
deviled eggs ... no pickle relish, just mustard, mayo & paprika (my mother-in-law puts green olive slices on top, but everyone in our family thinks that's nasty ... to each his own)
