I would imagine that it could, but I've never heard about it. In what sense do you mean, though... the person with ADD getting distracted or bored during sex?
Or do you mean that they never want to have sex?
I guess there's a difference, right?

If, more specifically, you are ADHD, then if anything you tend to be more sexual, more promiscuous, because you are impulsive and need easy quick thrills. And it's not just me saying it, it's one of the recognized symptoms.
