Is electorial voting electrically correct?

Or is it the ultimate "cheat" system for likely candidates?

If there were paper proof as well, then yes. But it is too easy to screw up by hackers and reprogrammers. There needs to be a way to go back and recheck it if it turns out that is what happened, and paper proofs are the only way to do that.
