Trust me Blaming someone Else Isnt The smartest thing to Do, If the smell starts after you use it they'll definetely know its you.
1) Flush as many times as possible
2) put down the Cover and Cover the Toilet Bowl
3) Most people keep Airfreshners in their Toilets or Bathrooms search for it and spray it in and out of the Toilet Bowl.
4) Open Windows If Any
5) Shut the Door tightly and Quicly, to prevent the smell from getting out
6) Dont Take a **** If you really Dont have tooo
7) Then if all this doesnt work, then Keep your head up high and act like you dont know whats' Happening ( smile)

If possible, open a window, or try to terminate the smell by any means necessary. If this can't be done, read the next paragraph.
Immediately make a big announcement, and warn others about the smelly bathroom, instead of walking around meekishly, pretending like nothing happened.

Well if your at a relatives whisper to them that the bathroom needs some spray but always carry matches because when I was a toddler and I did the # 2 she always lit one. Don't blame someone because you never know who's watching.

Help clean it, and spray it with an air freshner. If it backs up, when you're done using it, it could've been your fault, or someone else's fault. It's hard to be sure with plumbing and toilets. Back when I was in high school, my parents and I had two bathrooms in the house. The front one, was the guest one, and it often backed up or even flooded, when constantly used.

Close the door and open a window. And just in case tell someone. That you stunk up the bathroom and that they should avoid going in there for the next few minutes.

Carry a book of matches into the bathroom with you. Light a match then blow it out and no one will know you stunk up the bathroom.

Courtesy FLUSH! Once the poop land in the water, FLUSH immediately. If there is more to come, flush some more. It minimizes the smell.
At home, since there's no window (old style house), we have matches. After one goes poop, we light a match. The smell is immediately gone.
