crack open a couple of eggs into a zip lock bag..Add season to taste with a little dill..Drop in things like ham or mushrooms and cheese..Bring a pot of water to a rolling boil and drop in you zip lock..Make sure to get all the air out first..Leave in the water for 13 minutes..Roll the omelet out of the back onto the plate..This is so good..It's like the perfect omelet..Lite and fluffy...

Since I hate eggs, I don't have a recipe for you. :( I do, however, have a tip from a friend of mine who went to culinary school and later became a chef. When cooking omeletes (or scrambled eggs, for that matter) always cook over low to med/low heat as they should never ever be brown. Omelets should always be pale yellow and fluffy with no browning.

My favorite is spinach. I usually order this in a dinner . When we make spinach for dinner we make enough so we have it leftover for breakfast. You can use any leftover in an omelet. I like to heat up the leftover mushroom , spinach asparagus , broccoli etc. in a microwave. Then i add it to the omelet when i am ready to fold it.

I enjoy some chopped tomatoes, broccoli and cheese.
My husband on the other had wants no veggies, he likes just breakfast sausage and cheese.
