Yes u havea WINNER---1and 1A are a coupled entry and count as 1 horse so if have a 1-3 EXACTA your a WINNER..GO cash that winner in..also....if u ever see a coupled entry like 1 1A 1X..2 2B..those all count as the 1 horse and the 2 horse ..ALL entrys count as 1 horse
