use with ground up stems from a plant called Scouring Rush or Horse Tails bothe members of the same genus: Exquisitacae. if you cannot find fresh then go to a music store and get the stems that are sold for polishing wind instrument flutes.

I would seriously recommend a visit to the dentist. Meanwhile, you may with to find a whitening toothpaste with baking soda. Arm & Hammer is good.

bleeding gums means you need to floss, and use listerine in addition to brushing. Ideally you should see a dentist, you have periodontal disease
